The London Fields Method was developed by Sapan Sehgal, a hugely experienced personal trainer and the founder of London Fields Fitness Studio (est. 2010). The London Fields Method is no frills, concentrating on body-weight exercises, embracing the idea that fitness should be fun, affordable and accessible for all. Sapan hopes that through his work he can change people’s lives for the better, and enjoy a laugh while doing it.

Sapan’s charming and cheerful personality teamed with his innovative technique, saw him snapped up by BBC Worldwide in 2014 to appear as a one of London’s top 3 personal trainers in the series Best In Town. Sapan has lent his expertise to Women’s Fitness Magazine, Women’s Health, Coach Magazine, The Telegraph, The Times, We Heart Living, NME and more. He looks forward to continuing his media work and sharing his knowledge with the public for all to benefit from.

The London Fields Method will post monthly add-on exercise plans curated by Sapan (that you can do anywhere, anytime) as well as fitness and heath tips, playlists and other nonsense.
